Refund Policy

If you want to cancel an order or if you have a problem with an order, please contact us as soon as possible on . If you wish to return the wine, we will refund the value of the wine on receipt of goods, however not postage or handling expenses.

Please allow ten days for delivery within Australia , we use our friends at Australia Post for delivery, and timeframes will be determined by their schedules and delivery routes.

At present we only ship within Australia .

Please note that our wines remain property of Eastwell Estate Pty Ltd until payment is received in full / approved by your credit provider.
